Nora Angehrn

Golf

"The sport - successes as well as defeats - shapes my life. It has taught me an incredible amount for life. Sport and play connect people. I am convinced that play and sport lead to a more peaceful and better world."

Nora Angehrn is a Swiss golfer who has been a successful golf pro on international greens for many years and has had a taste of golf. Nora has not only won several Swiss championship titles, but also holds the record for seven golf courses in Switzerland. Today the sports enthusiast works as a golf trainer and coach and in winter as a ski- and snowboard instructor. Since 2005 Nora has been active for Right To Play and supports us every year actively at the Charity Golf Club and at numerous other events. In 2012 she even visited one of our projects in Burundi and thus became a direct witness of the effect of Right To Play's game and sports programmes.
